Issue with WhatsAPP URL

If we add whatsapp number starting with "+" it will redirect an error message. It will better to remove '+' from the placeholder as it will confuse customers and results an error message. It's better to add a straightforward placeholder or an info like "Phone number with country code and avoid '+', '00' '()'and 'Space' between numbers. A provision to add additional information in infobox will be a better option to overcome these.
